Some say i’m just... weird. Maybe they’re right. But I still prefer being the “conflicted contradiction”.
... Still weird, I guess. But isn’t it much cooler to be a “weirdo” on your own terms ;)?
A non-stop talking introvert. A dreamer with both feet on the ground. Creative soul but also nerd out on academia. Stay planned and play safe but at times take risks and “expect the unexpected”. This and that. Here and there. But it’s all me.
I am a sweet, but conflicted contradiction. Sounds confusing, right? Well, it’s simply that I have a little of this, a little of that, and a little of mostly everything ;)

Sales Development Representative Intern

— CRCC Asia.

This internship was my first-ever working experience.

My main responsibility was B2B email marketing, focusing on leads generation and management, ultimately converting into meetings booked.

I also leveraged my content and design skills to initiate email newsletters for both B2B and B2C channels, contributing to the CRM & leads nurturing process.

Aside from that, I occasionally assist in creating content and design for our page and contributed to some other operational and cross-functional tasks.

I had joined multiple projects throughout my time in Margroup - a Marketing Student Group. And this is by far my proudest achievement there. 

Crazy workload, on-going pressure, for 4 months. 
110+ social posts. 1.6 million reach. 1800+ contestants. 8000+ followers growth. 110 fellow partners. And more...

As a Vice Communication Manager, I was in charge of Writing Team, managing Social Media Operations and Content Performance.

Another 72h hackathon from Dove for the first round. Beauty/Skincare industry was never my thing. Not really my proudest work, to be honest.

Came back the second year with Ban Linh Marketer.

But definitely a truly rewarding experience to be back to where it all started. My biggest shout-out to BLM 12 ;)

It was a 72-hour hackathon challenge from MILO Teen. Which means we have to do all the research, analysis, ideation, and detailed execution plan with clear visualizations, all in 72 hours.

This is my first time entering a marketing competition.

It was a pretty stressful, but also rewarding experience.

Leader's League (UFLL)

— TOP 30 (out of 850 submissions)

And again, a 48-hour hackathon challenge from Knorr. Less time than the previous, but also fewer requirements. 

My second entry for marketing contests. 

We chose a simple and direct way to present our idea:
"if moms are afraid to switch to other fish sauce, let's say it's ok to change, 'cause changes have always been, and will always be an act of her true love for the family."

Another 48-hour hackathon challenge from Samsung.  

We came up with the idea of slightly twist the current brand manifesto #JoinTheFlipSide to #JoinTheVietSide. Targeting the subculture that we define as "The Culture Creators" - they “create cultures”, but are also shaped by the rich tapestry of Vietnam's heritage.

CMO Think And Action 2024

— Business Marketing (AXE's Challenge)

This is NOT a hackathon challenge, however, as I registered in some last minutes of the first round, I only have less than 48 hours to complete this proposal.

Failed the first round. Learned my lessons.

Still gave it my best shot. I quite like my current direction:
focus on creating "a sense of brotherhood" - a (somewhat) new insight in this male grooming category.

This project was in my second year of uni. It is one of many presentation decks that I've been working on for the past 3 years in UEH.
